      The Services are provided on a subscription or usage basis, as agreed with the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. User Accounts & Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      3.1 Account Creation<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3.2 Account Security<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

            Recruiting organizations act as Data Controllers \/ Fiduciaries for candidate data<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Reqruit.ai acts as a Data Processor and processes data only on documented instructions<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Users are responsible for obtaining required candidate consents.<\/span><\/p>\n

            6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

              AI-generated insights are decision-support tools only<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Reqruit.ai does not guarantee hiring outcomes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Final hiring decisions must always involve human judgment<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Reqruit.ai is not liable for employment decisions made using AI outputs.<\/span><\/p>\n

              7. Subscription, Fees & Payments<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
